I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - a little away from the city center, but very near to all the main attractions. I loved that our room had a balcony with a view of nature, it was such a peaceful and relaxing environment. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for a family of four. The hotel provided basic amenities and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

Polite and helpful staff, clean rooms with fresh towels provided, rooms with balconies offering panoramic hillside views, parking facility at road level, food provided even in late lunch hours, good support from hotel kitchen in winter season when cafes and eateries are closed.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location, just a short walk to the town centre and Mall Street. Helpful and attentive room service staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.- Clean rooms and toilets, providing a pleasant and hygienic stay during our city break.
Some rooms had issues such as cigarette butts in the bathroom and peeling paint, suggesting a lack of maintenance. Stained sheets and comforters, indicating a need for regular replacement of bedding.
